pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and
title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

By purchasing the products of Imagineering Unlimited you agree to the
below terms and conditions.
* Refunds/exchanges will be paid in full if goods are faulty
* There will be no refunds/exchanges if you simply change your mind
* Refunds/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process.
If you are not satisfied with your Imagineering Unlimited purchase of
a product, please email info@imagineeringunlimited.com for a
Return Material Authorisation (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of
the receipt of the product.
Configure-to-order, personalised or other customised product may not
be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will
exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of
payment. The product must be returned to Imagineering Unlimited Head
Office within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging
including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration
that shipped with the product.
A 10% open package fee will be assessed on any opened product.
NOTE: Imagineering Unlimited recommends that you (1) use a carrier
that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure
your package for safe return to Imagineering Unlimited or declare the
full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the
shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a
carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value
of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the
product during shipping.
Imagineering Unlimited reserves the right to change the privacy policy and
terms and
conditions of sale at any time.
Changes to this Policy
Imagineering Unlimited reserves the right to change this policy at any
time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued
use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will
